Hi, I’m Jim. I’m a Baby Boomer that loves playing hockey.
This podcast is for the Over 50 Hockey Player.
I’m hoping to encourage men and women to start, continue or resume playing (like I have).
This Episode is going to cover my hockey background and lessons I’ve learned.
Important Message: Many of us haven’t done any serious exercise in decades, so please get the OK from your doctor before playing hockey.
My story is probably like many of yours. I grew up playing hockey and dreaming of someday being in the NHL.
My dad had me on skates when I was 5 years old. I enjoyed skating from the start, but playing hockey was really cool.
I talk about my playing experiences from the time I started until today.
Playing hockey again for the first time in 16 years has resulted in some injuries. Some of my family and friends think I should switch to golf.
